DREAMSThree kinds of dreams: (1) Unconscious dreams bring old issues up from the subconscious so you can gain clearer understanding of how you really feel vrs how you “should” feel. You can perceive these as nightmares or as opportunities to be conscious of your own darkness. If so, it can be healed and released. (2) Conscious dreams are often dress rehearsals for what you are doing or trying to do in waking life. After these you feel tired, as if you've been working all night. (3) Superconscious dreams allow you to have actual waking journeys through inner planes. Write these dreams down and integrate them into your everyday life. They are spiritual guidance. Even dreams not remembered still release psychic tension. People receiving adequate sleep, yet deprived of dreaming, become disoriented and psychologically disturbed. Remember important dreams, because they give you important information about the SELF. There are effective ways to remember dreams. Before falling asleep, tell yourself: “I will remember my dreams”. Before opening your eyes in the morning, tell yourself what your dream was. This transfers dreams from the imagistic right brain to the language areas of our left brain. Write it down. Some dreams are not difficult to remember and when you process them fully you will understand their meanings.
